A whole new world

  1. Well...I get massages regularly. :) I workout via running, biking, yoga, Jillian Michaels, abs, or weights. I need to get back into Zumba. I walk to places as much as possible.

    I eat a lot, everyday, but healthy food. I try to limit the sugar on a regular basis, I've been eating more protein and less carbs lately and lots of fruits and veggies.

    I pray a lot during the day and talk to God.

    I talk to people in my life instead of bottling up my feelings/emotions as I used to do.

    I am becoming more spontaneous.
