Day 3 Morning

2 stalks of Broccoli
1 Sweet potato
2 apples
1/2 Red pepper
1/2 Cucumber
2 stalks of Celery
2 leaves of romaine
1 cups shredded carrots
just over a tsp of ginger

  1. Hey friend! These juice recipes are really interesting to me. Where are you getting them from and do they list the nutritional info? I'd be curious to see what kinds & concentrations of minerals and vitamins are in these. Also, I'd throw kale into everything. It's just so great and I hears that you can't taste it when juiced.   2. Hey Oxidants! For the most part, just like when I cook, I am making these puppies up on the fly. I did find out from a friend of mine that there is a book called the "juicing bible". I am going to look and see if I can find a copy. She said that it lists all the "fun facts" you are asking about. I will do my best to google the info tomorrow after work. With whatever information I find, I will make an entry about it. :)
